Terms of Service

1) Overview

These Terms govern your access to and use of our website, consultations, interior design services, visualisations, procurement assistance and any related deliverables (“Services”). By placing an order, paying an invoice, approving a proposal or using our site, you agree to these Terms.

2) Scope of Services

We provide concept development, space planning, drawings, specifications, material and FF&E curation, 3D visualisation and, where agreed, design supervision. Construction, installation and contractor management are not included unless expressly stated in writing.

3) Proposals & Fees

• Prices are quoted in GBP and exclude third-party costs unless stated.
• Quotes are based on provided information and may be adjusted if scope or site conditions change.
• Deposits, stage payments and final balances are due as specified on the invoice or checkout page.

4) Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate briefs, measurements, access and timely feedback.
• Appoint competent contractors and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
• Arrange insurances for works, site and materials.

5) Third-Party Products & Lead Times

Product availability, colours, finishes and delivery windows are subject to third-party suppliers. We will provide recommendations and specifications; ordering and contracts with suppliers remain between you and those suppliers unless we expressly agree to procure on your behalf.

6) Intellectual Property

All concepts, drawings, layouts, mood boards, specifications, images and 3D assets we create remain our intellectual property. We grant you a non-transferable licence to use final deliverables solely for the project and address specified in the proposal. Reuse or commercial reproduction requires our written consent.

7) Revisions & Changes

Each stage includes a reasonable number of revisions as outlined in your proposal. Requests outside scope or after sign-off may be billed at our current day or hourly rate.

8) Cancellations & Refunds

You may cancel before work begins for a refund of fees paid, less non-recoverable costs. After work starts, completed stages and third-party fees are non-refundable. Digital deliverables are non-returnable once supplied.

9) Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, contractor workmanship, product defects, delivery delays or site conditions outside our control. Our aggregate liability for claims arising from the Services is limited to the fees paid to us for the relevant stage.

10) Site Access & Safety

Where site visits are agreed, you must ensure safe access and compliance with health and safety requirements. We may refuse attendance if conditions are unsafe.

11) Marketing Use

We may photograph and showcase completed work and anonymised project details for portfolio and marketing, unless you notify us in writing before completion.

12) Confidentiality

Each party will keep non-public information confidential and use it only to provide or receive the Services, except where disclosure is required by law.

13) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.
